Catalytic Chambers
We incorporate catalytic modules as an extension of the process train to optimise pyrolysis gas according to the client’s objectives (energy, emissions, odours and operational continuity).
Our approach is based on R&D and custom-designed solutions, fully integrable with modular intelligent pyrolysis systems. If you have variable flow rates or strict requirements, we size the solution with you.

Advanced Electrocoagulation and Industrial Pyrolysis: Proprietary InnoECA & InnoPYRO Technology
Electrocoagulation Water Treatment Systems: No Added Chemicals or Secondary Waste
The chemical-free electrocoagulation technology integrated into the InnoECA system uses second-generation electrochemical principles to destabilise contaminants in industrial wastewater. By applying a controlled electric current through vertically arranged sacrificial electrodes, cations are generated in situ, acting as coagulant agents.
Technical Advantages and Efficiency Compared with Conventional Technologies
Advanced industrial wastewater treatment using electrochemical processes stands out for its effectiveness in removing COD and BOD, achieving removal rates above 90% in most agri-food and chemical effluents. Innosuns systems can incorporate optional integrated electro-oxidation, enabling the degradation of complex organic molecules that conventional treatments are unable to break down, while ensuring complete pathogen removal without the use of biocides.
The InnoPYRO range represents cutting-edge technology for solid-waste valorisation. Our industrial pyrolysis systems can process agroforestry biomass and dried sewage sludge under controlled-atmosphere, high-temperature conditions without combustion. This thermolysis process converts organic matter into three high-value products: syngas, bio-oil and industrial biochar.
